"Checked in at 2pm, and the gentleman at the office was very kind and helpful. He even walked us to our room. As others have stated, several of the rooms are in need of a refresh. It looks like some have been updated, whereas others still need the work. Our room was in need of a refresh. But, the AC worked well, the linens were clean and crisp, and all things in the bathroom worked as they should. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool, and appreciated all of the details the gardens have. No regrets booking here, and would do so again if in Fort Lauderdale."

"The oven did not work, and 1 lamp was broken. However, the maintenance guy turned on the breaker for the oven, and the lamp got fixed. Aging building but great staff."

"I had an overall amazing stay at B Ocean Resort and would absolutely give it five stars. The property itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is vibrant and relaxing, and the amenities were truly 10/10—everything from the beach access to the pool and service exceeded expectations. That said, I do want to share one part of my experience that didn’t match the rest. I paid an additional $100 to upgrade my room from a standard king to an oceanfront balcony king, but unfortunately the room I received was not in great condition and felt below the standard of the resort. It was disappointing given how incredible everything else was. I also followed the instructions provided by management to reach out via text before posting a review. I did send a message and provided my information, but unfortunately never received a follow-up, which was a bit disappointing as I was hoping to resolve the issue directly. Aside from that, the staff, location, and overall experience were outstanding. I genuinely loved my time there and would definitely return, just hoping for a better room experience and communication next time."
