"Attended a wedding celebration. All was good apart from breakfast. Waited as instructed for staff to welcome a seat you, nobody came so sat ourselves down. Breakfast advertised 6:30 to 9:30 we went for 9:05. Finished my cooking breakfast and went to toast some bread but at 9:35 told the buffet was closed and so not allowed toast! Heaven help you if you arrived at 9:30 very unusual arrangement "

"Lovely period hotel with good decor and clean throughout; staff also friendly and helpful. Only minor gripes were noisy creaking floorboards in room above and inability to get on the Wi-Fi. Gave a low ecofriendly score as unable to reduce room temperature (other than opening a window) and shower gel and shampoo in individual disposable bottles. Great place to stay though :-)"

"Hi We could’nt even access the property, they gave me access code which never worked and no key pads for the codes given. Doors full of spider webs, you could see they haven’t been used in a while..We tried calling them they didn’t answer they phones. I had 4 Kids with me and had travelled 2hrs to get there and noone cared.. our weekend was ruined as we had to drive back home.. also tried calling hotels.com and again poor reception and the lady i spoke to did really understand English The outside of the alleged propery was filthy and full of flies it’s actually a disgrace to hotels.com seeing you advertise such a place. I have attached the photos of the place"
