"A poor transportation decision found me at Hanoi airport at 1:00 am, and I'd Googled 24 hour check-in hotels in the vicinity. Booked Family Transit but wasn't sure if the Front Desk would still be open, so I used the Hotels.com chat with an agent to confirm. Hain waited up for me, and with minimal processing, i had a roof and a bed. Place was clean, spacious, and the perfect tonic.
