Houseboats in Tennessee

"The property was about what I expect for a last minute booking. The staff was fine, the property was fine and the amenities were fine. What wasn't great was the hair on the beds when we arrived that clearly did not belong to us and the pee smell in the carpet, no doubt from someone's dog who stayed there before since it is a pet friendly hotel. Fortunately I didn't spendmuch time in the room since I was only in town because my son was in the hospital. I would've loved for the room to be cleaner."

"Excellent property with nice amenities and views. Somewhat isolated from downtown, but the Gatlinburg shuttle overcomes that. The only complaint is that on checkout, we were charged over $18 per day for parking. This additional charge should have been disclosed at booking and included in the total cost of the stay. "

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The only improvements I would suggest are. 1) the shower head was surprisingly bad - really hard to shower with such little water flow. 2) would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but we survived without it. and 3) there was no obvious place to hang up our hand towel in the bathroom. other than that, great hotel stay. "

"Did not use the gym across the street. Air conditioning was great. Parking is across the street but plenty of it. The staff is super friendly. But somebody had to do something about the maintenance. Lot of things falling apart"
