"Quite literally the best spot to take vacation if you want your kids to be entertained the whole time. We stayed in October so had to use the indoor waterpark and it was awesome! Exceeded my expectations. Hotel has everything for a great trip. Lots of food options from sit down meals to grab and go food. Breakfast was way better than I expected as well. Arcade was plenty big and the laser tag and mini golf were fun too! You can tell they put effort into making it fun and not just slapping something together. Kids can paint pottery or do a build a bear. So many options. The rooms were okay, rustic cabin like vibe but clean! Beds were firm. My only complaint of the whole trip is that the sound insulation isn’t very good. You can hear people closing their doors and talking in the hallway. We stayed on the first floor and could hear what appeared to be a very excited small child stomping around above us. Everyone seemed to follow the quiet hours though so it was decently quiet while we slept. All in all we would 100% stay here again."

"Was charge for stay when boomed only to pay resort fee when check in but booking said wasn't paid for but was charge off my card had to pay additional days booked plus already charged fees be mindful booking from another 3rd party hotels or booking"

"We loved our stay! Check in was easy, the staff was knowledgeable. The waterpark was clean, enclosed and comfortable. Food and drink being available on the property made all the difference. We never had to leave the resort unless we wanted to. There was some free fall activities starting from morning until night. We esp liked the outpost where we could purchase toys and souvenirs. There was an also an on site gem mine for a small fee. The reusable cups were great for staying hydrated all day while on campus at the hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone with young kids that also want to be able to relax as adults. On site hot tub available to relax while watching your kids play safe. They also had pool side cabanas for more privacy for your family if you’d prefer."
