"Not enough breakfast for all the rooms"

"Very clean. The unit had everything we needed for ADA guests. It was comfortable. We had two units that were connected. The one with the king-size bed and balcony was perfect, but the one with the queen bed was very dark and felt more cramped. We enjoyed our stay but it was very busy especially around the oil and lobby. "

"Really disappointed in this last stay. We were put into a different building than i expected. The staff didn't have a lot of information, and then they tried to sell me on a time share. Theu seemed to care more about selling us on a timeshare than helping us with our room. "

"I would stay here again staff was friendly,parking was easy and prices are good."

"We stayed in a "pool side" room. It was on the third floor, very hot and very, very humid from the pool. The room's carpets were very well worn and there were rust marks everywhere there was a hinge or anything metal. Could really use a refresh. Beds were comfortable. Staff was kind. You do have to remove ALL food from cars b/c of bears in the area. "

"No breakfast, there were pic of a food area which led me to believe there was breakfast but it was alacart. The pool had so much chlorine I could only stay 5 min. It was also crowded. They served beer in there cafe so at 7pm I went to bed because I had to be up super early and there were people screaming woohooo at the pool repeatedly. The room smelled so loud of cleaning fluids it made me sick. The door to the creek side balcony wouldn't open without force. The toilet kept clogging,they had no maintenance so we had to repeatedly plunge the toilet. No coffee service in the lobby. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was one of the worst. "
