Will be nice to announce that there's construction going all day starting at 7am, it will be hard to sleep or have any rest. There were dogs barking inside the hotel at night. Parking is going to cost another $20-30 per day. Staff was friendly and service was great. Place is clean and has a great vibe. They take pride in their coffee which was great

Older building next to the US Embassy, good interior upgrades. Great location! Staff are excellent and helpful! Only dislikes would be strong smoke smell from outside in the AM, noise from walk through corridor behind building. Especially weekends when people are loud AF at all hours. It’s a great hotel just a few minor issues that shouldn’t take away from staying there

Having a truly exceptional stay at The Embassy. Been here for 2 weeks. Room is generous and very nicely appointed. Hotel is very clean and all staff are exceedingly pleasant and truly helpful. Great location as well.

I got to the hotel the day Israel got into WAR with GAZA, it was already nervous akin but the staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful to surroundings and safety. The hotel beds are comfortable but the hotel overall needs an update if you’re looking for luxury this hotel doesn’t have it.

We arrived on Thursday, Oct 5, and checked out on Sat, Oct 7, after war was declared, and our tour was cancelled. Breakfast of pastries and fruit is included, I received all the towels I needed. We had a Junior suite with king bed, and a separate area with sink, refrig, and couch, two TVs. The shower was amazing. AC was perfect. Hotel is across the street from US Embassy, There is an elevator for two floors, but there was a stairway to our room. Staff will carry your luggage. I just want to give a special thank you to LUIS who went beyond his duties in securing a cab for us to go to airport to leave the country when no cabs were available. He was able to secure a cab for us. Amazing. Not knowing the local language, he helped so much by going to the cab stand with us. We got to airport safely and were able to secure a flight out of the country. Thank you Embassy staff. They also secured a pickup service upon arrival. For service this is a 5 STAR hotel.*****

If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Tel Aviv, look no further. The Embassy Hotel is your spot! The rooms are modern and spacious, the location could not be any better: a block from the beach and near a ton of restaurants and stores. But what makes this the perfect place for a vacation is the super friendly staff! They go above and beyond to make your stay fun & memorable. From the fruits & pastries in the morning (it was my breakfast!) to the tea & biscuits in the afternoon, it’s the little details that show attention to customer service. They also offer towels & a tote you can take with you to the beach, which made the whole beach experience super smooth. You can pretty much walk anywhere! I’ll certainly stay at the Embassy next time I’m in town. Tel Aviv is a great city and the Embassy Hotel certainly has the same vibe.

This is an excellent hotel. The decor is lovely, the rooms are a good size and clean. The staff are amazing. I accidentally left my ear buds in the room at the end and they found them, returned them to friends in Tel Aviv and had them back with me within a few days. Highly recommend this hotel.

The place was old and dark. The carpet in hall ways and etc looked dirt at first i thought they had pulled up the carpet and just had not put down the new carpet. I was afraid to even walk on it. It was in good location and free continental breakfast was pretty good. It just needs new carpet, new paint to freshal up the place.

Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We needed a taxi to the airport they scheduled it for us then when our flight was delayed she rescheduled the taxi for us. It was very easy and very nice that they were able to accommodate us

The staff at the front desk were not the friendliest and the room had mold in it. At night we were unable to use the AC because when it would blow on us we couldn't breathe. It definitely needed to be cleaned.

Too loud and noisy
The hotel was nice in terms of the condition of the rooms, and the location was excellent. The pastries and coffee were nice too. However, the walls are paper thin and people were slamming doors at all hours of the night, 2,3, and 4 am. AND the hotel is next to a construction site that was active ALL NIGHT LONG. My husband and I managed to sleep from 6-9 am when the construction finally stopped. We even changed rooms (at 4 am) to the other side hoping that would resolve the issue but you could hear it just the same. I feel like I was scammed into the price of this hotel because they must know it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get some sleep while you stay there. Very disappointed.
