"Enjoyed our relaxing stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel shuttle service to and from the Hakone train station was so convenient. We used the onsen and got the half board, which was definitely and unforgettable experience."

"We upgraded to the room with the private onsen - it was awesome and very relaxing! The room is great. Would definitely recommend to book the private onsen. The other onsen are separated by gender. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was a nice getaway after some busy days in Tokyo!"

"The location is not central; it’s a long walk uphill from the rail station. The room onsen is cool, but don’t go in the winter time if you want to fully enjoy it. However, there is a shared onsen that is indoor. The building is old and creepy; it’s great if you’re not afraid of ghosts. The traditional dinner is okay, but I’m not sure it’s worth the add on price."
