I booked this for end of a cruise for a nice night before going home to perth. We paid approx $480 . When we got to our room it was much smaller and older than the pictures online. The pool is on the roof and looks like it needs to be resealed. No chairs around it as on top floor. Extremely noisy you can here everything from the outside cars, ambulance ect. Walls very thin could here people in hallways which are less than a meter wide. Well you could tolerate all of that but then at 7 am a jack hammer started sounded like above our room which was vibrating and the noise was so bad we checked out at 8 am. The front counter team were not interested and state they new nothing about the noise. Very disappointing so basically no sleep and and totally waste of money. I would never stay here again

2 singles are not a queen.
Check in was good. Bed was terrible. “Queen bed” was 2 clapped out singles with a clapped out topper. Felt like sleeping on a camel with a huge hump in the middle.

Ideal set up and location
Room had a good set up and was clean. Great location to CBD shopping and restaurants. Good spot for attending a weekend wedding at The Terrace on the Domain.

Second time in a row booking this place with the hope of some imptovements compared to the bad experience we had the first time. After 4 years we had the same issue with room mot being ready to check in. Was told we need to wait 10 mins for the room to be ready as the guests are having late check out. We waited 10 mins and noticed couple of other guests were told the same. We only got the room after 50 minuts delays. Very disappointing service, we even asked if we coupd talk to the manager , no management on site. Super oweful experience, wont be booking this place again and not recommend at all.

I was amazed with the number of homeless sleeping rough in the area & the smell that comes with it. Not good for yr business. Our room was average this time as we didn’t have a microwave. No crockery for cereal as we had to have breakfast in our room, nothing close to go to. Only one side table with drawer so limited space for our things. Last time was much cosier. Room was a bit cramped. Sorry!!!

Compared to other hotels we have stayed, more expensive, smaller room, more noisy, shower too slow and not hot enough. Matress had a hole in the side. Staff were very nice professional and pleasant.
