"The amenities are sub par.
The accomodation is advertised as a townhouse with cookware and a kitchen.
However there is nothing to cook with in the kitchen besides a micro wave, no kitchen sink etc... this is not a kitchen but what you get in a hotel room and that was the main disappointment.
There is also little to no dishes to eat from, I had to bring extra plates and cuttlery.
The place also needs some kind of wardrobe or rack to unpack clothes and personal belonging, there was nothing of...

"The property is nice and comfortable and the location is fantastic. The furniture is getting old and tired.
It is a shame that basics such as bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, strainer and more are not provided and when we requested these items to be provided we were told no and "thank you for your understanding". My husband also had to clean (scrub) the insane amount of mould on the entry foyer as it was so slippery someone was going to slip and hurt themselves. If/ when the owners address...

"This property lists 9 beds, there were only 6. It lists 3 bathrooms, there were only 2. The pool, tennis court, and yards were unusable and not maintained. Food was left from prebvious guests, The bins were full when we arrived. The property manager ignored our pleas for help. They only communicated when, and about what suited them. After we left, we were charged for damage that was done before we arrived. Avoid this property!!!"
