"Only have one main concern, The first staff we met when we arrived early ( before check in time) he was not friendly and helpful. He did not even do any kind of greeting when he saw us. The rest of the staff were polite & helpful. Overall my experience is good."

"Love love love the pool. The location is amazing, super convenient walk to Queen St and QPAC, Southbank. Great restaurants on L4. Would highly recommend. A must visit when in Brisbane!!! Special thabks to Guest Services and Valet staff....super efficient and attentive!"

"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "
