Room was spotless. The hotel has been freshened up in places and our room seemed to be part of that. Staff were friendly, especially the concierge service. The new check in service was efficient and staff were around to help if needed.

We booked a table at The Booking Office for 7pm. Ordered drinks and food. Main course didn’t arrive at our table until 8.30pm. Our waiter was attentive and apologetic. We were offered a free desert or drink to compensate. At no point did the manager come over and speak to us, which was a surprise. ...

Beautiful layout. Very spacious. Only thing I must say is the bed was lopsided, the sheets kind of had a light pink stain and the pillows were super flat. Everything else was great!
