"Hotel is posh and very nice to stay a with parking available. Only criticisms was that the tub is very tall and slippery to climb into. There are no handles or bars to be able to grab onto in getting in and out. Those would be much safer than what is not there now. Also, there were no tissues or washcloths available. Other than that it was great. Although the coffee maker was unfamiliar and no instructions on it "

"Hotel was great, very clean and comfortable. Only negative was a service charge for front of house was applied to the bill at checkout and presented as mandatory part of the invoice. On my second stay a different lady at reception let me know exactly what it was and that it could be removed if I wanted (I was happy to keep it but didn’t like what felt quite sneaky the first night). "I had originally booked a two-night stay through Expedia. However, my work at Charing Cross Hospital ended a day earlier than planned, so I needed to check out after the first night. When I approached the counter, I specifically asked the staff member Waqar if he could assist me. He confirmed he was available, so I proceeded. After handing over my keys and receiving confirmation that the checkout was complete, I simply requested a printed receipt. At this point, Waqar’s demeanour changed dramatically. He became quite impolite, claiming he now had other customers waiting and instructing me to go to the next counter. When I explained that a printout would only take a moment, he began arguing with me, questioning why I was checking out early. To be honest, the interaction felt more like an interrogation than a standard hotel service. It seemed as though I was being questioned about “getting bail a day early” rather than simply concluding my professional stay. Despite my explanation that I was in a hurry to get home after my shift, he continued to be argumentative and dismissive. Lady next to him counter was also dismissive saying printout doesn’t take 5 mins and covering the person but in fact it just took less than 2 seconds. Staff is rude as I could read few comments on other websites and they have neither improved it nor are they apologetic. "

"The locations on is convenient only 6 minutes walk to the tube station. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel room is spacious and clean. The only downside is there are not enough charging points in the room. And The double beds are smaller than the standard double bed. "

"The hotel is absolutely spotless. Incredibly clean. I always check the corners to see how clean a room is. These rooms are completely clean. Having a hard surface floor in the rooms rather than carpet has a significant impact on the feeling of cleanliness. The staff is friendly and polite. The hotel is what it says it is. It is very minimialistic. There is no air conditioning and no way to control the amount of heat in the room. You can open the window (unless you are in the basement) and some rooms have a fan. But our room was incredibly warm. Too warm to sleep with blankets. The hotel is very convenient to the Earls Court Tube Station. If you use the Warwick Road entrance it is fine, before dark. I used the Earls Court Road entrance and it was very dodgy even during the day. I would not feel safe walking through most of the Earls Court Road area as a female traveler, traveling alone. As a group, only in the room long enough to sleep, it was a good value. Consider if the complexities are right for your group."
