Service impeccable. Bill was such a lovely host. So helpful and passionate about letting us know what to do in the area. Offered us home made biscuits and coffee when we arrived, even though we were a bit early. The room was large and clean with a nice bathroom and coffee/tea in the room too. Breakfast was wonderful also. A short walk into town, maybe 15 minutes if that. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Beautifully decorated and furnished hotel, lovely food and Breakfast was fantastic. Like most older buildings the room was not air conditioned and was a little too warm overnight despite a fan being in the room. Overall would throughly recommend it unless mid-summer. Parking was good and very close to Stratford-upon-Avon

From the welcome (shout out to Darcy) to the bed, the bathroom, the location, the breakfast.... all was great.
Just be aware, they don't have their own car park. But we parked in the car park closest to the hotel, which was the same as having their own... it just cost a little more.

Avonpark House is a very good travellers rest. Comfortable and clean, our room was a reasonable size as was the ensuite. It’s a walkable distance into the centre of town. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Good parking available and an excellent breakfast.

Highlight of our trip to England. Everything was just amazing, staff were so friendly, breakfast buffet was great, history of the building and surrounds was so interesting and we loved walking around the grounds. Close to Stratford-upon-Avon and a great base to explore the Cotswolds.
