"We traveled with our elderly parents. The apartment was well equipped and decorated nicely. It is a busy street which we are not accustomed to and although the distances to city center are manageable for most people they were too long to walk for my parents. Fillipo was extremely helpful before our arrival and during our stay."

"Great location within the old city and close to all amenities and train station. The property had lots of character. Nice and quiet. Courtyard very pleasant and an added bonus. Lots of space and clean and functional. The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. "My husband and I enjoyed a 3 week stay at La Casetta. Paolo and Tania were very helpful in all respects. The garden and grounds were really well maintained. However we felt the picture on the website showing La Fornace del Borgo all lit up was misleading as the restaurant complex was empty and shut down waiting for a buyer. We thought it was more suited to two people...and finally thank Paolo for his immediate response to any query."

"Thank you Gianluca and Isabella for our wonderful stay in your beautiful apartment. The apartment was cozy, updated but had the charm of the original building. It was well appointed with everything we needed, very clean on arrival and perfectly located to everything. We did not book a taxi on the day of our departure and Isabella kindly picked us up so we would not be late for our train…so thoughtful, Gracie Mille!! It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Nice hotel option in Florence
"We loved this hotel. Stayed 5 nights. Very convenient location, in terms of proximity to the hotspots in Florence. Far enough away though, to not have to deal with any major hustle and bustle that we would have seen closer to the city center. Service was fantastic, the front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little on the small side, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs Breakfast options were top notch, and the bar/restaurant staff was first class all the way. If I had to find something to critique, it would be the shower. The water temperature would "cycle", for lack of a better term..... every 10-15 seconds, you'd get 1-2 seconds of extremely hot water. Truthfully, I'm not even sure what they could even do to fix that. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend."
