Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station.

All went very good, the staff was helpful and nice. Good location and nice facilities. Design of the bed was a bit uncomfortable to me and the shower needed some repairing. Breakfast was also nice.

If you want elegance, glamour, beauty, and stunning, this is the property to stay with. The General Manager at the main hotel, UNA Hotels, was remarkable to deal with. We arrived from Rome, and were offered water and a lovely coffee while we sat outside in the patio area. We were then transported to the apartments, part of the hotel, in the centre of it all. Glorious, clean, and reminded me of being a movie star.

Staff was friendly and accomodating, Breakfast was good for Italian standards. Position for the city was fine, easy arrival by car and ok parking facilities. The hotel is worn down and needs maintenance. Air conditioning was not able to cool down sufficiently

Our stay in Florence was quite nice and the property was very accommodating. While it states it was located near the city centre, it was not. It was 20 minutes to 30 minutes to walk to the Duomo and other sites. Cabs were expensive and the buses were confusing. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable in a somewhat hip part of town.

The staffs were so nice, helpful and professional. The bathtub was old. WiFi didn’t work very well. No plug to charge smartphone near the bed. We were 3 guests, and we had to ask for multi plug outlet to charge our phone (it was located far from the head part of the beds), the breakfast was not high quality.

The hotel is beautiful, i love the architectural design modern meets vintage fused together to form a beautiful structure. I love how each room door tells a story with a piece of skillfully artistic painting of somone is history. Also, the designs of the bar area and the meshed tiles used all over the interior of the building. The only thing is, the shower needs a whole lot of scrubing with bleach and powered soap to get out all the build up scum thats obviously been ignored for a long time now, its brown. The hotel is a little walk from everything but, there are little shops and restaurant along the road and it was very easy to get taxi from the hotel airport unlike other hotels. Overall, its a very comfortable stay and the room is really nice with all the lights integrated into one touch panel sitting on the bedside table which, is so adorable because the accent wall is magenta and has little fairy lights integrated into each square making it a very beautiful sights when all the other lights are off. It's a beautiful room. The drink cocktail mix from the bar was very nice because I just ordered and they made up a wonderful mixture that I didnt want to finish. Over all 4****
