"We received a lovely welcome and departure from very helpful reception team members. I had contacted reception prior to our stay to request a ground level room without any stairs as my husband had hurt one of his knees. This was attended to without a problem. Our KB room was large and comfortable. The only negatives were that we were able to hear noise from the adjacent rooms and the shower cubicle was a little bit smaller than we are used to. The positive aspects of this hotel is the free onsite parking. There is also a large restaurant and additional lounge areas for guests to enjoy."
