Portsea place is central and close to Salamanca as well as CBD. It was a non contact check in, worked well as the phone support was helpful. I’d recommend a room on 1st floor as the area can be noisy on ground floor and basement. Also, next time I’d take. 1 bedroom apartment as the studio is a bit small.

Loved the art and the building was unique and overall wonderful. Hats off to the architect who incorporated the old with the new. The free art History tour was a must.

Good location and cleanliness. However parking can be hard to find and air-conditioning of the property need upgrading.
