St Helens Holidays from AU$598

Clean room. Polite and very pleasant hostess. Enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was the location of the bathroom in the guest room beside us. Adjacent to the beds in our room. Otherwise we found the room was perfect together with the location.

The room was clean with a small kitchenette which is useful when travelling. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The Bistro menu was good. The food was presented well and was very tasty.

Tha bed sheets were white and looked clean. The walls were freshly painted. The toilet cracked stained and the plastic seat and systern were fit only for a prison. Being very old missfitting and the plastic crazed the cystern leaked and had to be Turner off to allow sleeping the windows x2 only one was fitted and very poorly with flywire. I booked because it had a 4 star rating. We were so disappointed when we arrived. It was truly a low point in our stay in Tasmania. The problem 😕 was the rating of 4 stars totally misleading. We would have cancelled the booking if it was possible. As a matter of interest. We only slept there. We left at first light and returned very late. Preferring to walk and spend as much time away from this place as possible. The savings on accommodation in our view are not worth the dissapointment

Highly recommend choosing to stay there. Staff are very help and great views and scenery near by.
