The property was fantastic and ideal for a romantic getaway, rest and rejuvenation! The facilities were terrific. The walking path along the rocky shore was great. The spa and sauna were also a highlight. Highly recommend!!

Amazing. Loved atmosphere, inside and outside. Lots of walks and day trips options and back to beautiful place to relax. We didn’t want to leave, enjoyed every bit of it. Will recommend to friends and family, hopefully we can come back again and again!

Fabulous private beachfront location. Everything was perfect from the moment we drove in the driveway to the moment we left. We appreciated the thoughtful extras, bath and products, chocolates, coffee machine and teas! We enjoyed the headland walk in the morning too.

This place is paradise and nicely secluded. The design of the villa is so well thought out and the decor is lovely. The view is splendid! Sweeping sea views from every window, just phenomenal. I’ll definitely be coming back here

We stayed in the spa villa and it had the most stunning ocean views. The spa hut was amazing! Extremely clean and luxuriously appointed. Private and romantic it’s a must stay for couples looking to indulge. Only wish we would have stayed here longer than 1 night.

Amazing place with an amazing view. We stayed in the 'Standard' villa for Couple (Villa No 2) which was anything but standard. Could have easily stayed here for several nights. Just metres from the ocean and amazing views from everywhere in the villa. Will make sure our next Tassie trip includes this area just so we can come back here again. Somehow it is better in real life than in photos.

Luxurious, comfortable, light filled accommodation overlooking the ocean. Great to have a bath to soak in after a long day’s walk. The Saltwater accommodation’s landscaping and large land size means that each villa is very private with great views. Remember to take some supplies for meal prep as shops are a 15minute drive away.

Loacation: Wonderful!!! The property is located in the small community of Falmouth so you will need to drive everywhere. Although you have to drive the distances are not far to the Bay of Fire, Binalong Bay or Peron Dunes. It is a self contained small house that has a huge yard which stretches to the ocean. Views are fantastic. Lots and lots of space! Fully equiped house with huge bathroom. So tranquil its hard to describe. Certainly would stay here again.

Saltwater Sunrise is Amazing

My husbnd & I found it lovely! We stayed 3 nights…wished we had a week. Beach Breeze perfect. Sound of the waves lulled us to sleep. Woke to amazing sunsets each morning. Night sky is phenomenal. It would of been nice to know how to turn the outside timer lights off when stargazing or retiring for the night.!

We spent the last two nights of our 14 day Tasmanian holiday at Saltwater Sunrise and found it to be the perfect ending to our trip. The villa was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything that you could possibly require for your stay was provided. With the ocean right on your doorstep the views were amazing, and the surrounding grounds were very well maintained and picturesque. The location was quiet and secluded, with a walking track that went from the property right along the amazing coastline. After staying in several different accommodation places throughout our holiday, this was definitely the best. We would highly recommend Saltwater Sunrise and plan to return on our next trip to Tassie.

Best accommodation in Tassie!

The best accommodation in all of Tassie! This place is an absolute gem. It was peaceful, quiet and you feel like you have your own private beach to head down to each day. We loved everything about this place, our only regret was not having booked for more days. After travelling around the state for a week, this hideaway was a welcoming spot to unwind and relax. Communication was easy and every effort was made to ensure we were happy. Thanks so much to Rita and the team for looking after us!

A little slice of paradise

I have stayed at this location several times in the past few months. It’s so fabulous I keep coming back for more. These villas are situated in such a great location. Close enough to visit other destinations, remote enough to feel like you’re away from the rest of the world. If you’re looking for a picturesque location that has all the general things you need plus a little luxury too then this is the place for you. I’ve enjoyed it as a solo traveller and couple, I could imagine it being a great location to stay with a friend too. Do yourself a favour and stay, you’ll be glad you did.

Unfortunately it poured with rain the whole of our stay and the roof started to leak in the bathroom with water running out of the light fitting. We also couldn't work out how to use the cooktop and with the bad weather couldn't use the BBQ. But otherwise good stay.

Saltwater Sunrise villa 5 with its own private spa/sauna hut is simply fabulous!! The villa is huge, luxurious, modern and so much attention has been given to detail in its design. The view from every single window is absolutely stunning as well as the reflections in the various cupboard mirrors and kitchen splash-back. The separate kitchen and dining area is very spacious and beautiful but there are no words to describe just how gorgeous the raised lounge/bedroom area is. And the spectacular views of the ocean through those huuuge windows and sliding doors! Oh and the bathroom! Views galore through shutters that open up into the bedroom. And the showerhead is fantastic!! Now for the spa/sauna hut. Absolutely incredible!!! The views from all the windows there while soaking in the spa are magnificent as well! Watching the sunrise over the water from the deck or lounge room is well worth getting up for - would recommend 20 minutes before the sun actually rises to see the sky changing colour. We did time lapse photography- wow!! And the sunset over the hill was just as beautiful! Check in and check out is simple and contactless but if you need anything then Yuri is just up the road and extremely helpful!! We give this place 11 out of 10!!! So glad I found it when planning our trip!! Definitely great value for money!!!
