"Happy, friendly staff. Nice room, 17th floor room, spacious, nice views. Great central location. Walk or tram easily anywhere in CBD. Getting there, Skybus airport to Southern Cross station, free tram 86 along Bourke St to Russell St, walked through 2 allies, came out next to hotel. Really convenient. Excellent choice for Melbourne stay."

Bed not made and had to use our coffee cups three days in a row without clean ones. Floor was not vacuumed once etc etc. Will not stay there again."
