"All the staff were very friendly at check in and check out, which was very smooth (we even managed to check in early). The room was compact, but clean and had all amenities we needed. Would definitely stay again."
"Beautiful hotel, very clean, rooms are a good size, we had a queen size bed plus small sofa and table. The bathroom was lovely, bath and shower facilities. Very clean, lots of comfortable seating in the main foyer area. Breakfast is a great choice, with lots of variety, food was lovely. If you want to use the spa facilities robes are provided. Excellent location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London, walking distance to the Shard"
