"The room was great, the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great hotel overall. The only thing was when I arrived, I placed two small food orders and a hot drink. It took 50 mins for the food to arrive and I was the only one in the bar/restaurant. I also had to remind them to bring the hot drink I had ordered. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. "

"Room was internal so no windows , but has it was winter didn’t matter . Room was small but did the job , the only issue was an issue with the kettle where the plug was damaged. I did report it but nothing was done, on departure I mentioned this to Philip who can’t be more helpful sorted out breakfast coffee anything I wanted . Even for this issue I would go back "
