"I dinged the rating one star on service because they only gave me one small bar of facial soap for a four night stay. I would have expected a new one to be supplied by housekeeping on their daily straightening up visit. Also, the front desk said when I checked in that they would have housekeeping bring a couple firm pillows to the room. That never happened either. On the positive, the location and view are awesome. I loved the ocean view balcony."

"Stayed at the Marriot for 7 nights and it was great! I was a little worried based off of some reviews I read, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location and easy access to everything you need. Friendly staff and exceptionally clean. Makes you feel like you're at a resort with everything they offer. Would highly recommend!"

The staff at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel are all heart, professional & dedicated. Also, it was nice to be treated like a VIP at Tanaka of Tokyo. We enjoyed a delicious dinner. Thank you for our Staycation experience."
