"The room we were allocated was nothing like those advertised. The bathroom had crumbling plaster on the walls ,The very bleak room had poor lighting and curtains that would not open properly to see the 'Sea View'. No hairdrier/no ironing equipment as advertised. The restaurant and the bar was not open at all. The staff were courteous and the linen in the room was clean and fresh, but with nothing to stay and enjoy, we left a day early to come home. Eastbourne itself is sad and neglected as highlighted by the state of the pier, so all in all we regretted this booking with Expedia."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable—clearly maintained to a very high standard. One of the standout features was the stunning view, which made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. "Everything about the flat was excellent.We have never had to collect keys from a different location and having had to give an arrival time added pressure to the journey.Check out time on leaving was stated as 11am both on the website and an e-mail received prior to arrival but was changed to 10am whilst staying there.We had a lovely time in Eastbourne, unfortunately the weather wasn't too kind but the flat was comfortable and cosy on the bad days.. "

"Good location for eateries and shops and access to beach. Bus stops close by to get into Eastbourne, but be aware that they are not frequent. The open top bus tour is a must. Everyone we met were super friendly and helpful about things to do during our stay. Comfortable stay overall."

"We stayed for 10 nights. The accommodation was very clean and nicely furnished. You’ll find everything you need, including games and books — though they are in English, of course. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was great. The beds were comfortable.The only reason we can't give a full five-star rating is that the accommodation could be significantly improved by adding balcony access from the kitchen/living room level, as seen in the neighboring houses. Currently, the very lovely balcony is located on the lowest level, off one of the bedrooms, which makes it rather inconvenient to carry drinks or breakfast down from the first floor. Because of that, we unfortunately never had breakfast outside, despite the great weather.With three floors in total, it's best suited for guests who are comfortable with stairs. A few restaurants and a bar are within walking distance. We would definitely book again."
