"Room looking our to sea beautiful. Only complaint was that it was lovely to be offered a free glass of wine but no alternative offered for those of us who do not drink. Well done apart from that."

"A good value hotel in an excellent seafront location within easy walking distance of the town centre, shops and restaurants. The building is old and a little dated but has plenty of charm, with quirky lifts and very friendly reception staff. Our clean twin room had a lovely sea view and all the essentials, although some of the electrics looked a little outdated. We didn’t receive housekeeping during our stay and had to request fresh towels. The room was extremely hot due to the heating being set high, and although staff kindly provided a fan, it wasn’t possible to adjust the temperature in the room. Opening the window also proved tricky after a pigeon flew in on the first morning. There was also an unpleasant cannabis smell on our floor during part of the stay. Breakfast offered a good self-service selection, including a full English, though dining room service varied depending on staff. Overall, despite being a little dated and having a few quirks, the hotel is clean, affordable and well located, making it a solid budget-friendly choice. 🌊🏨"

"The flat is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Great location overlooking the sea/beach, and very peaceful. "

"Everything about the flat was excellent.We have never had to collect keys from a different location and having had to give an arrival time added pressure to the journey.Check out time on leaving was stated as 11am both on the website and an e-mail received prior to arrival but was changed to 10am whilst staying there.We had a lovely time in Eastbourne, unfortunately the weather wasn't too kind but the flat was comfortable and cosy on the bad days.. "Good location for eateries and shops and access to beach. Bus stops close by to get into Eastbourne, but be aware that they are not frequent. The open top bus tour is a must. Everyone we met were super friendly and helpful about things to do during our stay. Comfortable stay overall."
