"Everything about the flat was excellent.We have never had to collect keys from a different location and having had to give an arrival time added pressure to the journey.Check out time on leaving was stated as 11am both on the website and an e-mail received prior to arrival but was changed to 10am whilst staying there.We had a lovely time in Eastbourne, unfortunately the weather wasn't too kind but the flat was comfortable and cosy on the bad days.. "We stayed for 10 nights. The accommodation was very clean and nicely furnished. You’ll find everything you need, including games and books — though they are in English, of course. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was great. The beds were comfortable.The only reason we can't give a full five-star rating is that the accommodation could be significantly improved by adding balcony access from the kitchen/living room level, as seen in the neighboring houses. Currently, the very lovely balcony is located on the lowest level, off one of the bedrooms, which makes it rather inconvenient to carry drinks or breakfast down from the first floor. Because of that, we unfortunately never had breakfast outside, despite the great weather.With three floors in total, it's best suited for guests who are comfortable with stairs. A few restaurants and a bar are within walking distance. We would definitely book again."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beautiful Dawn, the apartment was spacious, very clean and very well equipped for our week's stay. We didn't use any of the household items we'd brought with us, like hand soap, dishwasher tablets etc. The beds were comfortable. There were two negatives however - the underground car park gave a poor first impression as it badly needed sweeping out. Secondly and most importantly, I found the black "artwork" near the TV to be offensive. If children stayed, it isn't something they should see. There was also a nude female ornament - there again is that really necessary in family accommodation I wonder?!!!!"
