The location and car parking facilities good. Unfortunately stains on the carpet. Bathroom light needed fixing as constant flickering. The bedroom needed a good lick of paint on the window frames

I had a lovely sea view double room on the 4th floor. I think it nay have been newly refurbished. It was nice & warm and the bed was super comfortable. One of the lifts were out of order so I used the stairs, but may have be a problem for some as it was quite a wait at times for the lift. Breakfast was delicious but the window seats seem to be reserved for long periods and nobody appears. Seems unfair. Its always nice to look out at the sea when eating instead of the phone.

Generally a good hotel, guest room recently decorated and pleasantly furnished. Considering this was a superior double seaview room I would have expected body lotion, conditioner etc in the bathrom Also instructions on how to use the coffee pod machine were missing Breakfast very good

Great location right on the promenade and safe parking at a reasonable rate. Staff mostly helpful. However I struggled to get a consistent Wi-Fi connection so ended up relying on my mobile data. When I enquired I was told it was fine on the fourth floor so there should be no problem on the first.

Stayed in a room on the fourth floor. The first room we were given was dire - brown painted dirty walls, poor decorative state and very small room with peeling windows that didn’t fit the frames. Asked to be moved to another room which reception staff happily did. New room was bigger and clean but again in poor decorative state. Breakfast was poor. Although there was a good choice, the items on offer were not of a good quality and did not taste good. Corridors were in poor state of repair. On a positive note, some rooms on the second and third floor looked nice and the staff at the hotel were fabulous! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and made us feel very relaxed. Poor hotel experience made better by wonderful staff!
