"A lovely little house in impeccable condition. Exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. Nothing broken or chipped or requires a replacement. A direct view onto the spit and the sea; a view and the sound of the sea are to die for. The terrace is large and super convenient to watch the sunrises with a cup of tea. The underfloor heating worked well and the temperature in the house was perfect, considering it was the middle of October. Size of the house was perfect for a family of 4. It's about 15 mins from Eastbourne and 35 from Hastings. The Pevensey Bay area itself is rather dull and not at all wealthy, but the direct access to the sea and the house make up for it. "
