Sea spray rooms

Was not expecting a lot and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were amazing and knew exactly what they were talking about. Always busy and super friendly. Food very good. Clean and welcoming. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing find.

Last minute booking for a concert near by and an amazing find! The room was clean, well maintained and a sea view to top it off. Breakfast was lovely, gluten and dairy free caterted for without any hassle. We will be back.

The room (room 4) was wonderful; very clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly and pleasant staff. The entrance is a little off-putting- it looks a bit shabby and doesn't convey the quality of the rooms. Also, breakfast wasn't until 9.00 on Sunday, which is inconvenient if you have to leave sharpish. We mentioned this to the manager, so there may be changes in the future.

Great location for the pavillion

We had a great stay at the Seapray Rooms. The room was lovely, really roomy and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great too and the landlady was lovely. We stayed for a concert at the Pavillion which was across the road. Our only slight problem was the mattress was extremely soft so it could have been more comfortable. Lovely b&b will most likely stay again!
