"I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is friendly, the location is ideal for walking to Universal Studios, and I've never had any issues. I was slightly disappointed that they took out the Starbucks, but this is still a great property. "

"I had a wonderful stay at best western. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm and professional, making me feel welcome throughout. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping maintained it daily with care. I especially enjoyed the pool, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and overall service exceeded expectations. I highly recommend best western and would gladly return on my next visit."

"Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, Affordable We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the price was very affordable. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had fresh bedding with super comfy pillows. Breakfast had a good selection, coffee was folgers and available all day and choice of flavored creamers and sugars, and the pool was clean with the perfect temperature (and over 5ft deep!). This hotel is pet friendly as well. They have a dog treat jar at the service desk! They make their guests feel welcomed and a priority. Overall, a wonderful stay — we’d definitely stay again! "
