The room was clean and the staff helpful and respectful. Initially the pricing looks low, but it will go up as you will also be charged amenities which are not initially disclosed. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

It was pretty clean and comfortable. I reserved one night because I stayed one more night in FL and I walked to International Dr, was like 15 minutes walking so it is walkable. The hotel was pretty good

I was kinda worried at first if it would be a good hotel but I stand corrected... It was pretty good/ decent hotel. We only stayed for a day! For what is worth.. It was a pretty decent hotel and great location for stuff near by! 7 out of 10. Front desk Linda (I believe that was her name) was very kind and sweet while checking in! Would definitely book again. Breakfast was pretty good too!

Rooms were pretty nice no issue on cleanliness! I was able to check in 2 hrs early. The pool was so nice but didn’t get to use it and breakfast was always stocked.

Have keys that work. i didn’t stay here. the rooms weren’t ready (it was 9pm when i arrived). nobody’s key card worked. they had one person at the front desk and she was awesome. they had to have a maintenance guy re program key cards. listen i waited in that lobby for close to an hour before i was told pretty much there are no rooms and this place is a disaster. i need my money back. embarrassing. I called expedia last night to get my money back with no success. if i don’t get my money back we will have problems.

Understaffed for check-in, making the process to last more than 1 hour at midnight, the conditions of the rooms are poor, and everything is breaking apart, smells old, and the breakfast is subpar, and now they charge the parking!!!! really? On the good side, the sheets and towels were very clean

the room was decent, the “free” breakfast that’s not free because that’s the resort fee, was terrible. very few options. not worth it if you looking for a good free breakfast hotel. if you room says parking includes, be sure to screenshot it and save the image, because they will try to charge you $15 more at the property for it.

“If you’ve ever wondered what camping indoors feels like, this hotel has you covered—literally.” From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had stepped onto the set of a retro thriller—think Bates Motel, but with fewer thrills and more chills. The floor? Dingy and moldy. The door locks? Straight out of the 70s, and about as secure as a diary lock. Our adjoining room had two locks that didn’t work, but don’t worry—the previous guest left a chair barricade as a helpful tip. Amenities? If you consider doll-sized soaps and shampoos luxurious, you’re in luck. Lotion? Not in this time capsule. The bathroom had its own ecosystem of mold, and the mattresses were basically cardboard with a foam disguise. The real plot twist? Bed bugs. My daughter couldn’t sleep the first night because she was itching so badly. Turns out, she had an allergic reaction to the bites. Bottom line: This isn’t a hotel—it’s an indoor camping experience for those on a budget and with a taste for adventure. If you’re looking for comfort, security, or cleanliness, keep scrolling.

Check in was an hour long process due to long line and one clerk, who stated this is normal. Then paid extra fees, a parking fee, and taxes on top of the online price. Who charges their guests to use their parking lot? Get to the room and the door won’t open, we had a room with an upward rotating door handle? Maintenance stated this had been an ongoing unresolved issue. I didn’t see a single elevator without an out of order sign taped to it. Room was 7/10, clean with good ac, hot water and towels. Joinng room door did not have a deadbolt to secure it. The sound of sirens and loud exhausts offered a wonderful melody throughout all hours of the night. Most likely won’t return.

So...the front desk checked us into a third floor in a building with a broken elevator. And the hotel was practically empty. Why? The room was so substandard. I had to fight to get the sink stop to open so it would stop collecting dirty water. It was so stuck. We found a roach in the bathroom. And I HATE roaches. The only thing this hotel ha going for it is that it's close to Universal and offers shuttle. Do yourself a favor...spend a little more and get a nicer place. At least a clean one.

The sink stop didn't work properly and dirty water couldn't go down the drain.

Gym and Staff

Gym was cozy with great view if pool, but could use some updated equipment. Treadmill was inoperable as well as tv. Also some cleaning wipes so that equipment can be sanitized for the next person. Staff was very friendly and maintenance response time was very quick as well.
