"Booked this accommodation while we were rennovating our house. Close to school and shops. Enough space to park two cars. Good quality heating and cooling. Towels, sheets and linen is good. Kitchen is fully stocked with enough pots, pans, plates and cutlery to easily cater for a family of 4 or more. All appliances work. Washer/dryer combo works well too. Small backyard shared with the granny flat which is rented out separately. Some road noise due to fronting onto lower Dandenong Rd but...

"We were visiting my son and his partner to see our new grandchildren (twins). We needed a property near to their house in Brighton and this property fitted the bill perfectly. It was directly opposite Moorabbin Train and bus terminal so it was easy for us to catch the bus to Middle Brighton and also catch the train to Melbourne CBD. An added bonus was that the property is also only two train stops to the Southlands Shopping Centre"

"It was a very bad experience from the moment we stepped into the property. There was a bad odour in the whole property. We didn't got any kind of ammenities even there was no hand soap in the toilet. There was no mirror except in the bathroom which was small. The lighting was not adequate. On the whole, the experience was very bad and I'll not book this property or recommend anyone."

"Fantastic stay, everything was beautiful and clean, staff so lovely and accomodating and the free help urself coffee machine in reception was very much appreciated after not much sleep prior to our arrival.
