"The room way great, however something spilled on the comforter and my friend who stayed with me told the front desk around noon yesterday. We took all the bedding off because coffee was all over. He put the bedding outside and they staff took the bedding, and no one ever came to bring it back, still! I'm still here, it's been over 24 hours with no comforter, no sheets, no towels, no room service and I asked for it combine with my friend 4 times and still, nothing. I have a huge headache and just want to sleep, we didn't sleep last night because no bedding! I just want to lay down but can't! We have spend over 1,000 here in the past 2 weeks and I'm shocked this is how we are treated."

"Advertised options and amenities were not as described. Not much to be done or said about that. Otherwise good overall experience. There ARE two completely different hotel at the same property run by the same office: rates are different, experience is different, quality is different, atmosphere is different. Happy with both depending on my purpose, etc. Make sure you choose the right one; if not, you might be disappointed (as a heads up the staff can change their mind.) Also, on this particular stay, I did experience two particular issues during the visit. One, wake up call was not received as promised. Two, directly before checkout the toilet's plumbing decided to stop working and overflowed. As things went though was not enough to ruin the experience, especially because staff took it upon themselves to apologize and rectify the situation."

"Had to complain to front desk because of partying in room next door with outside activity also! Room upstairs had to be reported for excessive noise! Vehicles were being worked on in front of room which is against motel rules ! "
