"It was a great property to stay at. All we needed was a bed and a shower, and both fit our needs. Having the full sized fridge and microwave was a bonus. The only issue was parking was further away from the building, but that was not a huge issue."

"the pool and waterslide. The waterslide wasn't for younger children. There is an arcade that no one mentioned. It get's very loud with kids running around talking loudly or yelling. The pool also gets very busy you can barely move at certain times of the day. However the pool needs maintenance as it has mold. It needs deep cleaning. The restaurant on site we didn't feel the service was friendly or timely. The food was average."

"The condition of the swimming pool is my highest priority. I swim first thing in the morning before starting my day. Thanks to the technician and staff who work diligently to keep the pool in excellent condition. (I heard that they test the water every two hours.) The pool is very clean. The water temperature is warm enough for leisure swimming."

The city of London is going to take till summer of 2027 but this hotel is worth the inconvenience of the construction. Nice rooms, parking is free, clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and the price is right."
