"Yes the pool was nice and just a dip and your body was used to it. The hot tubs were great - especially on cooler days which we had. Requests were filled promptly and the staff was friendly. "

"Our room was not fully clean (hair on bathroom floor, water marks on bedside table, etc.) but the staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The service at the front desk was excellent and servers and bartenders in each restaurant were fantastic. It was our first visit to the M but we were impressed with the dining options and the more relaxed environment vs. hotels on the strip. We will be back soon!"

"The hotel was clean, room was spotless, staff was very friendly and helpful. I was skeptical that it would be quiet since it is so close to the airport. Much to my surprise there was no exterior noise at all!! "

"There were bags full of dirty towels and beddings and towels along with an empty pizza box sitting in the hallway between the two rooms. It took two calls and 2 plus hours after the second call for the bags to be picked up. The bedroom clock, and phones had a layer of dust. The toiletries were half used. I do noy recommend this hotel."
