"Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Hotel is slightly dated, but we'll maintained and clean. Great location. Short walk to restaurant's, waterfront, parks."

"Stay is good. Rooms are lovely and with a good view. Restaurants close really early around 7:30 pm, not ideal as there are not much options to eat nearby either. Plus only one restaurant was open and didn’t have a lot of options. Staff is courteous. Property is beautiful, but one of the pools wasn’t open yet. "

"This was my second time staying at The Latch Inn. It has a lovely setting by the marina. The rooms are very majestic. The staff is very polite and oh so helpful. The breakfast dining room is lovely and the food was perfect. The only thing I would comment on is that there was a slight smell of gas coming from the fireplace in the dining hall which my husband reported to the staff and another guest also reported the smell that had been coming from their fireplace in their suite. So our hope was that they would have someone qualified check into it."

"Our stay was good, but I do have some feedback. We found the EV charging convenient. The room we stayed in was clean. The hallways were in need of a vacuum for sure. The handyman was friendly and helpful with directions to a dinner location. The front desk service was lack luster. This room was pricey for being off season. Not alot of extras for the price. On our trip we stayed at several hotels and this was the most average. For the price, a breakfast should be included or at least a voucher to the restaurant attached. This hotel could take some tips from the Holiday Inn in Courtney, which was amazing, right from when you walked in the door."

"Property was very accommodating to our pet, and the swimming pool, and steam room, and hot tub verse to die for great! I only wished I tried them two days earlier in my stay, so I would have had an extra two days R&R there in the water. I’ve had an annoying neck pain in my neck for the last year, that has been bothering me. The Jet pool worked wonders on that pain, to the extent, that it is very minimal now, almost completely gone!"
