Very Convenient

This spot was perfect, on the ground floor and very quiet. The location made it easy to walk anywhere into town including the Supermercado. Inside was nice and spacious. The shower worked perfect and we used the kitchen every day. Everything in the way of pots and pans and kitchenware was provided. The porch was my favorite place and I spent most of the time there. The porch curtains provided privacy and was nice to have. The wifi was very slow and spotty at times, but that is expected in the DR. The guards at the gate were all very nice and accommodating. I also was able to use the laundry room to wash clothes located next to the guard house. I highly recommend this place for a truly relaxing stay in Sosua.

Nice Apartment

Our 2-bedroom apartment was nice. Decent sized kitchen and living room. The balcony is a great feature. I will say that the beds were a bit hard, probably the only semi-negative part of the stay. I like the close proximity to the beach and supermarket. The electricity charge was very reasonable for the amount of days we stayed. My friend Jason arrived a day before I did and expressed that he did not get much guidance or assistance from our VRBO property broker as he would have liked. A drop off at the property without much more information.....this could have been better. Ramona at the office was very nice and helpful.

Great location, value, and comfort

The condo provided everything my friends and I needed for a great stay. It was perfectly located and the service was top notched. They cleaned our apt midweek and washed our clothes for cheap. The condo was within working distance of everything and was very secure. We had no problems with anything. This will be the place I stay next time I go.
