"We had a great stay here. We stayed 1 night, and were impressed with the service as well as the cleanliness and calmness of the room. It's definitely worth upgrading to the select side. You have extra pools that are quiet, a separate area in the buffet restaurant to eat, as well as the use of a coffee shop. The food was decent. We stayed in September and only 1 a la carte restaurant (the Mexican) was open but it was very good. The beach is beautiful and the sea is calm, you don't feel like you're in the middle of sosua. Wifi in every area also. We didn't know that you have to check out of your room at 12noon but you actually have until 3pm to use the facilities. We would definitely come back."
"Wow, Garden by the Sea is a little Oasis in Sosua. Nikki is an incredible host, and really makes the effort to help her guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms were very clean, and it was so easy to feel relaxed. My bf and I stayed here after backpacking around DR a bit, and we ended up staying our last week here because it was very comfortable. Thank you, Nikki for being wonderful! We love Bella and miss you both already :) "
