"Clean room but hard to find at first."

"The room was huge and the property was beautiful. Jennifer in guest services made the whole experience better. She booked me dinner reservations every night and made sure I had everything I needed. Her and Anel made life easy! If you want a better experience, ask for them directly "

"We started out with being put in a room we did not pay for and it was dirty, full of mould, no water, no lock on the door, broken patio door glass, rv didn’t work, and things were missing in the room that the front desk gave a checklist to ensure everything was there and to report what was missing or we would get charged. They moved us to a different room which was a little bit better than the one we had however, the table lamp didn’t work, we had no water or hot water for the first day, the power kept shorting out, the pipe under our bathroom sink leaked water all over the floor if you turned the water pressure above medium pressure, the coffee maker leaked, the beds were hard and pillows were barely stuffed, our room service sucked, didn’t listen to our requests, we stayed for 9 days and I was sick in bed with a stomach bug I caught for 4 days, diarrhea and vomiting was not fun, we had no bottle water for two days after requesting for some, the guest services said they would fix the things we complained about but nothing was resolved. Most the food sucked, the drinks taste either really strong or like syrup, they cross contaminated their fruit with vegetables as I don’t believe onion flavoured papaya is an actual thing, they would take your towels and face clothes out of your room and replace it the next day if you didn’t notice it was gone. There were 62 stairs to our ground suite, no elevators and hills up and down at different distances to go anywhere. Overall aweful!"

"The hotel was not as advertised. My room was outdated and had mold in the bathroom and in the main room. I was initially told that I would get a new room on a Sunday but I was scheduled to leave on a Monday. I had issues with electricity in my room the lights went out then started flashing on and off. My friend who travelled with me found mold and ants everywhere in her room too. My friend and I checked out of the hotel the next day. We found a beautiful condo near the beach with better quality than the hotel. I would recommend Expedia to remove this property from the listing or require the property to update accurate information and pictures on the hotel and not to book any rooms that visibly have mold in the rooms because that can lead to illness for guest. I barely slept the one night I stayed and I was happy to leave the hotel the next day. I will leave a positive review for the property owner because he apologized for my issues and promised to refund me for the three nights I didn’t stay and he kept his promise by refunding me for the three nights. Thank you for the refund. "

"There were activities for all ages: aerobics by the beach, bingo, mini disco for kids, night shows, etc. Gym was very modest. No mats, the weights were for men, very heavy."
