Loved our stay! It was the first hotel we stayed at since having a baby and they made it very easy for us. Provided us with a pack and play, tub, and even toiletries for the baby. All the staff were absolutely warm and hospitable. Room was just the right size with a comfortable bed. The hotel looks magnificent both from the inside and outside. Pool was a fun experience overlooking the city. This was definitely a memorable stay and made even more special by everyone who helped us at the hotel. Thank you so much.

Stayed for 4 nights. Amazing looking hotel, great staff, great breakfast. Pool area was nice but water a touch cold, as hotel faces away from the sun majority of the day. Room was ok, decent size but shower is very average and tiny, ours had a leaky door. Low lighting in the room also.

This place is what I would expect from a top tier hotel in Singapore. Clean, efficient, great architecture, and a professional courteous staff. You're right near Chinatown and the Riverwalk area so there's plenty to do.

The staff there was top notch, from the front desk to the housekeeping. The front desk allowed us to early check in and hold our luggage since we were there early, came back from lunch and was notified that our room was ready for early check in. Housekeeping was super friendly and even brought us extra towels and sheet for a rollaway bed. Super property, and will look forward for our next visit to Singapore to stay on this property.

The hotel is famous of its unique architectural features. In general, the room is clean. The size of the room is small -- it is good for one or two guests. But I do not recommend it for guests with small kids. My room's sink has a serious drainage problem. This can be prevented by a simple check. Overall, the hotel service is good. But the room is slightly overpriced. I guess the unique architectural feature is the selling point of the rooms.

Overall great stay
Hotel was amazing, especially the fifth floor. Beautiful pool, amazing greenery, and a great gym, all of which had amazing city views. Room was great too. Only problem I had was I booked a room w 2 twin beds and got a king. Not a huge deal but wasn’t ideal.
