"Pillows were too firm. A/C unit kept waking me up. View was to the indoor pool. Room was spacious. Poor lighting especially for an interior room with no natural light. Bathroom was small but clean. No in room safe. For a “resort” property I expect 24/7 eatery or room service. This is just a casino with hotel. It is not a resort. The Steakhouse was pretty good. Casino reeks of smoke. Staff was friendly and obviously a lot of regulars. I was just breaking up a long drive. If it was my destination I would have been disappointed. My car was still there in the morning so all good. It must be under upgraded as the food court and conference rooms were full of mattresses. Hopefully upgraded bedding and pillows too."

"This hotel smells awful. We tried to stay there anyway (had a two day visit), but the air conditioning was not suitable and it was hotter inside the room than outside. They do not staff their hotel overnight, so the only solution they were willing to offer was "open a window and deal with it until tomorrow". We ended up leaving and going to another hotel, so did not complete our night stay. They refunded the whole night for the second night, but would only offer a 50% refund on the first night."
