"We stayed in a room next to the lift with no view of the surrounding area. The window in our room opened up to the building void, which allowed some ventilation. Initially, we weren't thrilled to be next to the lift, but the soundproofing of the walls was truly impressive. Unfortunately, we experienced food poisoning from dining at a sushi restaurant at Gotemba outlet, and this room actually turned out to be a blessing! We slept soundly until midday the next day, thanks to the darkness and soundproof walls. The staff were friendly, although their English was quite limited. The Inn offers shuttle buses that take guests to the premium outlets and other nearby attractions. We definitely plan to return here again!"

Lived up my expectations and beyond my imagination. Shame the weather I stayed was atrocious and I only had one day of time and budget for staying. Spa experience, GRMN86 test drive experience, racing simulator experience, swimming pool, gym and onsen are superb and no doubt the best amenities hotel can provide."
