"We had a really lovely stay here. We felt totally immersed in the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese Ryokan. The food was both delicious and always beautifully presented. "The room was great and I used the private outdoor bath many times a day. The food was beyond amazing for breakfast and dinner. They gave us so much food and it just kept coming and coming. The staff was very friendly and great. Check in and check out was fast. We were happy with the proximity to the train station we had no problem walking with our suitcases. I would stay there again if we ever comeback to Hakone. "

"Room was clean and located right next to other hotels and bus stops and the train station. Breakfast is also provided via partnership with Tully’s coffee (first floor lobby) but you have to bring the print out of your room receipt. The main attraction is a bit of walk from the hotel or shorter if you take a bus or taxi. Amenities are also provided and lockers as well for stashing away bags or items if you arrive early and choose to explore."
