"The staff put our luggage in the room for us! The amenities made our stay effortless. The washer/dryer & microwave were immensely helpful to have in the room. Friendly, helpful staff. The free soft serve ice cream was a nice surprise. "

"It was great, room was nice. People are nice. I got stuck on the carpark opposite from the snowstorm, the guys/girls at the reception came and tried to help me unstuck the car. There are only 2 washing machine/laundry though, so if you forgot to take the laundry out, they normally put out a card on the machine to tell you get it from the reception."

"Great hotel! The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The lounge was great to hang out in with free snacks and draft Sapporo beer. They also had a free shuttle that takes you to Odori park and the train station during the Snow Festival. This will be my goto place for next year. "
