Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The Hokkaido soup curry was amazing. Clean, well -appointed room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to most downtown Hokkaido sights, and lots of choices of shopping, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again!

Though not directly connected, the hotel as convenient access to and from Pole Town and the connected Odori Station as well as the tram line. The room was clean and spacious and I found more use for the washer dryer in the room than I had expected.

Very comfortable stay with clean and well-equipped rooms. They had shoe dryers, air purifier/humidifier, pants press, and even a washer/dryer in the room. Room also came with a kitchenette. Location of hotel is also excellent with close proximity (less than 5 minutes) to Tanukikoji, and Odori station.

Room isn't the largest but all the appliances, toiletries, furniture were top notch. We loved the ReFa products they had and ended up purchasing some for ourselves when we got to the airport. Only downside was that the hotel wasn't doing daily room service, perhaps because the room is kind of cramped.

Excellent stay. Room was clean and spacious. The washing machine and dryer worked very well too. Location was also good. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. The only area I could suggest for improvement was to allow cars to load and unload luggages in the sheltered carpark driveway linked to the hotel. I was just not allowed to do so and instead had to drag my luggages out in the snow onto the icy and uneven road to load the car parked along the roadside.

Perfect location of Sapporo. Susukino The location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing in Sapporo. It's convenient because simple cooking is possible and there's a Daiichi supermarket nearby.

Very good in all aspects, though it was a bit confused when first arriving - to park our vechile. A little bit language barrier to realise it is a rotatory parking system and all luggages had to be removed from vehicle before parking. The property was close to the center of the city and very tidy! I was glad to have a premium service because I could drop off my luggage at the front desk before my check-in time and more freely explore Sapporo. I would recommend staying here!
