Slightly out of the bright lights Tokyo, lovely and quiet with a train station close by. The hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped inside, and the breakfast’s were incredible. Can’t rate this place enough and was easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in ever.

I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo.
Everything was 5 star.
The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning
Staff service amazing particularly the concierge
Very well priced.
Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance
Will always go back there

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in one of the moderate queen rooms. It was sweet and everything we needed. Also the location near the Kokuritsu-kogijo station was perfect for us. Really near Shinjuku so just awesome, we totally could have stayed longer. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our bags after we checked out. Would totally go back.

Perfect location, 7/11 next door, train station opposite, shrine around the corner, multiple restaurants and room was spacious. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so amazing and helpful. It was super close to the train station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Stayed in an interconnecting room booked on Expedia. Perfect for families. 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. Good location. Easy flat walk to metro and Asakusa. Very quiet. Stored our luggage on arrival and departure day. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

My husband and I have just completed 9 days at Tokyu Stay and absolutely loved it. The hotel was small , exceptionally clean and the staff were very gracious and professional. My husband left his iPhone in the taxi on arrival at the hotel and Julie ( and some of her colleagues) worked extremely hard to track it down and did so successfully, for which we were very grateful. Although the breakfast had limited choices it was ample. The fact that the hotel was situated very close to the Takanawa...

The room was small by western standards but as a solo traveler it was fine. I recommend a lidded suitcase rather than the clam shell style where both sides need to be flat for convenience. Staff were nice and the luggage storage was a god send.

Clean rooms overall, right in the heart of Minato city as well as Takeshiba port the location is quite good not too far from the city and other major attractions like Tokyo tower and family mart right at the first floor. Would definitely recommend this place if your visiting for the first time!
