"With 4 Bedroom rentals difficult to find, this one provides that at a good price. For the savings and benefit there are a few things you need to know:No toaster, something I think is reasonable to expect.Only a bar fridge, a bit limiting with so many beds, But the big one was no free to air tv (no aerial) and the wifi was slow at times, so couldn’t stream tv for about a third of the time we wanted to use it. "This was a perfect location for us and the kids, with an oval over the back fence, playground and play centre all within shirt walking distance. The house was also quite well set up for someone with mobility issues. "

"The property was situated in a convenient location which was close to the venue for the national basketball competition our kids were attending. Plenty of room in the house for 7 of us. Close to public transport which was convenient for us. Nice home and tidy. The only downside was that it is near a busy intersection and the traffic at night was loud, but I'm a light sleeper so for anyone that sleeps soundly it wouldn't be an issue. We enjoyed our stay there."
