"My stay at Sudamala was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's central location made exploring the Senaggigi a breeze, and the delicious food at the restaurant was a fantastic bonus. "Our stay was absolutely awesome! Every little detail was perfect. As someone who works in the hospitality industry overseas and has traveled the world—staying at top-tier hotels across the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia—I can honestly say this property is exceptional. ​I am almost speechless at the level of service. I had the pleasure of thanking many of them in person, but I want to reiterate: every single staff member, from the Executive Chef and the server/room service team to the gardeners and floor staff, defines what true hospitality looks like. I have never seen such a genuine combination of hard work and authentic care. I would gladly fly thousands of miles just to experience this place again. It was a beautiful moment I’ll never forget.
