The staff was super helpful and the hotel is located in the perfect location! We really enjoyed that this felt like a resort, where you could use the pool and then walk right across the street to the beach where they have daybeds reserved specifically for people staying at the hotel. The room and grounds were really well maintained as well. If we were to visit again, we would definitely stay here!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the most magical time! The staff was SO friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and the food was amazing! We would highly recommend the Pearl of Trawanga.

Amazing location on Gili T. Very clean, great amenities on the property. Wonderful staff experience from checking, to the stay and checking out. Great Resturant on site so much selection. The private access to the beach was amazing at no additional cost. Overall very impressed with my stay. I will be staying here again.

Paradise on earth! Everything at this resort is just perfect. The staff is smiling and super friendly. (Alon at the pool bar is number one :) It is located at just outside the main party/busy area, so everything quiet and calm.

Honeymoon stay

One of my favourite places I stayed my two full week holiday in Bali. We were tempted to stay longer and loose money on our other hotels. The bar in the pool the towel service the staff everything was 10/10 for us. Also the Avocado mash with poached eggs in the morning were Devine. Always cooked to perfection.

Worth the money.

The pool runs out of towels daily. There is never anywhere to sit at the pool because all seats are taken. The door sqeeeks all night long in the wind. The staff is amazing! The hotel is very clean. The food here is excellent. The location is very good.

Very nice hotel - perfect located

The Hotels location is amazing. We had the Cottage with Ocean view- which was amazing. Breakfast a la carte was very good. Friendly staff. We choosed this hotel because of the private beach. We didnt know, that this is not really necessary at all at Gili T You can go to any beach and have sunbeds - just order something for around 150 000 IDR take bikes from the hotel or even from other partners and go for the sunset to Pink Coco or some other bars around. We stayed 5 days in Gili T and would do it again. AMAZING

A wonderful oasis - indeed a pearl like structure of overarching large bamboo struts - in the bustle of the horse and cart transportation system of Gili T! A ?10 minute walk with our cases from the area around the ‘port’ where the ferries arrive/ leave; we used a horse and cart ride to go back. At the quieter end of the road and upmarket - though there is more development happening of course! No disturbance though. Accommodation was spacious and our choice of suites with a private pool (for 4 rooms) was a good one. The restaurant was a gem. Breakfast was a la carte and included bakery items that were the real deal- think Paris boulangerie- and fruit. Cappuccino’s even had ‘art’ on surface. Food selection for dinner was excellent, as was presentation and taste. We rate it all highly! And every staff member was smiling, courteous and had a sense of humor.

Overpriced for what it was. Circa £140 a night and it was like a motel room. We had a lumbung room, it was their last room available and was the furthest away from the resort. It was quiet but the room is not worth the money. It lacked basic amenities ie dressing gown, poor quality linen, the bedsheets didn’t even fit the bed and you could see the stained mattress which was off putting, poor quality bedding (like rags!), housekeeping not great, left frayed towels one day and no shower gel. Duvet was awful, def seen better days. Decor is like a motel room. No where to hang anything either. Breakfast is average, had to ask for things like toast. Staff no where near as friendly as other parts of Indonesia. Pool area and beach areas are nice and it is close to the main strip. Prob the best hotel there but nowhere near worth the money. If the room was nicer with nicer bedding and towels, dressing gown etc, it would’ve been better.

Absolute Empfehlung! Das Frühstück ist unfassbar vielseitig und lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Anlage ist super gepflegt. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar, über Restaurants, Bar, Spa etc. Absolute Empfehlung!

I usually don’t write reviews, but here are a few things I didn’t enjoy: 1. I was at the pool after the bar had closed, so I took a beach towel to my room, planning to return it in the morning when the bar reopened. However, the staff knocked on my door at 9:30 PM asking me to return it. Why at that hour, when I was about to go to bed? Couldn’t they have waited until the morning during room cleaning or when the bar opened? What was the rush? 2. The Wi-Fi would connect for about five seconds and then disconnect repeatedly. I eventually gave up and had to use my own data to access the internet. I was surprised by this it’s 2025, so I didn’t expect such an issue. 3. The shower drain didn’t work properly. It was very slow, and every time I showered, water pooled around my feet and ankles, leaving them covered in bubbles. Also, the bathroom was not soundproof I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, which made it feel less private. 4. I don’t know if I was just being paranoid with everything going on, but I got my first case of Bali belly at this hotel. I’m not sure where I caught it, but after three weeks in Bali, this was the place where it finally happened, which made me a bit uneasy given the issues above. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, so I don’t blame them. I’m sure these problems are due to hotel management rather than the staff themselves.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, tasty restaurant. I appreciated the luggage service, both for the transport to the room and for storage on the last day. The room, however, was too small and outdated: the door barely locked after two turns of the key, and the bathroom handle kept coming off, we had to call for assistance. The price was excessive considering the room size and, above all, the poor maintenance. A major negative point: on the hotel’s beach there is an activity rental desk (for masks, bikes, electric scooters) run by a local who behaves rudely and disrespectfully towards tourists who are not interested in his services. He mixes understandable English words with insults in Balinese (which I was able to catch after a while). A disgrace for the hotel and for whoever allows him to work there! Security also needs improvement: once I climbed over to reach my room faster without passing through reception, and no one noticed anything, it could have been anyone.

Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders schön, war die Lage zu den Restaurants und Shops sowie der eigene Strandabschnitt mit kostenfreien Liegen. Das Frühstück war auch gut, jedoch könnte der Service freundlicher sein.
