Clean, sufficently well equipped and very friendly staff. The restaurant service was…. non-existent. At lunch I was alone in a 40 seat diner; the receptionist didn’t know what time they opened? The hurriedly found me a waiter. Extremely friendly, but how does that work? However, in Mataram, it’s probably the best place to stay

This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed. The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable. I will live again. Also, will introduce my guests live here.

I like modern decor and building. Not fan of the big glass window inside the room. I told my daughter to stay from it. Big variety of breakfast food, but most food are cold and tasteless.
